• What I do, where I work

• I’m a senior exhibit developer and writer at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. My recent projects include Act Now – Time’s Running Out, an exhibit designed to inspire visitors to participate in a campaign to establish Marine Protected Areas, Ocean’s Edge – the renovation of the aquarium’s original Monterey Bay exhibits and Splash Zone an interactive aquarium exhibit for families. I’m particularly interested in museum experiences that foster people’s connection with the natural world through inspiration, engagement and connection. And I’m a bit obsessed with the idea of offering visitors meaningful ways to take action on behalf of what they care about – the ocean, the land, social justice, global warming, family.
